Our website and services are provided to you on and through our website on an "AS IS" basis. You also agree that the owners of this site may modify your listing (s) to conform to the listing standards of this website. To clarify, please list your site properly and pay for any additional exposure required as this service provides the funding that enables us to continue to serve as a resource to the charter school community.

We believe we provide a very valuable service to the education reform community.

We spend lots of time and money developing this site as a resource for visitors and members alike. We politely request that those few people who steal content, data, or improperly list their business in order to gain a competitive edge without spending money please upgrade listings and help support this site; the upgrade will give you better exposure. Additionally, we will modify listings when necessary, and though we do not like to we will ban violators from our site. Please don't make us do that. For those who steal data, we look at log files!
